Bushehr Customs Announces Round-the-Clock Services for Traders

Bushehr Customs Continues Round-the-Clock Services

According to a report by IRIB News (Bushehr) dated 20 October 2026, Reza Mehrjooei, a senior customs official in Bushehr Province, stated that customs operations continued around the clock, with export, import, transit and customs-clearance services provided 24 hours a day.

Facilitating Customs Procedures

Speaking at a National Export Day event, the official emphasized faster customs procedures, support for exporters and the quality of exported goods. He also reported exports exceeding 7.38 million tonnes, worth approximately USD 3.59 billion, through the province's customs offices over the first seven months of the Iranian year 1405.

Main Export Categories

Petrochemical products accounted for the majority of the province's export value. Other exports included gas condensates, cement, clinker, seafood and agricultural and food products.

Inspection and Shipment Documentation

Separately from the reported statements, independent inspection, quantity and quality checks and accurate shipment documentation can support trade risk management. Inspection does not replace statutory customs procedures or mandatory permits.
