Public Auction Notice – International Commercial Goods Inspection Company

A subsidiary of the Social Security Investment Company intends to sell its surplus property via public auction in its "as-is" condition, as specified in the auction documents. Interested parties may obtain the auction documents by visiting the Security Unit of the International Commercial Goods Inspection Company (Address: No. 334, Ostad Motahari St., past Ghaem-Magham Farahani Intersection, Tehran) between September 15, 2026, and September 27, 2026 (daily, excluding public holidays, from 08:00 to 16:00). To obtain the documents, applicants must deposit the sum of 10,000,000 Rials into the International Commercial Goods Inspection Company’s current account (Refah Bank, Account No. 378982266, ID No. 10100974144) and present the deposit receipt. After reviewing the terms and regulations, applicants must place their price offer and completed forms into the sealed envelopes provided with the auction documents and submit them—along with the receipt—to the aforementioned address no later than 16:00 on Monday, September 28, 2026.
